Including the following helps us resolve things faster:
- Your in-game player name, if you have one.
- The device and browser or app version you are playing on.
- The level number or screen where the problem happened.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Account data
You can delete your account and its data from inside the game at any time, under Settings. If you cannot reach that screen, email us and we will help.
