Account & Data Deletion

If you are signed in, you can delete your account directly from Settings:

1. Open Settings (gear icon on the Home screen).
2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.
5. Tap Delete Forever.

Your data is erased from our servers immediately and you are signed out. You can sign in again later with the same provider to start a fresh, empty profile.

You can also request deletion by email. Send a message from the email address linked to your account to either address below with the subject “Delete my Virus Lab account”:

Email requests are processed within 30 days.

• Player profile (name, avatar, coins, stars, boosters)
• Level progress and per-level star ratings
• Level scores and gameplay history
• Campaign progress, rewards and reward claims
• Global campaign leaderboard entry (you disappear from rankings)
• Achievements and badges
• Daily challenge progress, streaks and quest history
• Weekly challenge records
• Lives and life-regeneration state
• Custom levels you created
• All cached app data on your device (settings, tutorial state)

This app does not keep security, fraud, anti-cheat, or financial transaction logs tied to your identity. No personal data is retained after deletion. The only records that remain are:

• Global daily challenge and special event definitions — these are not linked to you and are shared by all players.

In-app deletion: immediate — data is erased and you are signed out right away.
Email requests: completed within 30 days of receiving your request.

If you sign in again with the same provider, a brand-new empty profile is created. Your previous scores, coins, stars, achievements and leaderboard position will notreturn.
