Virus Lab Match

We collect the following information when you use the app:

• •Account information: When you sign in, your email address and a unique user ID are stored to identify your account.
• •Gameplay data: Your level progress, scores, star ratings, coin balance, booster inventory, win/loss stats, achievements, and daily challenge streaks. This is saved so your progress is preserved across sessions and devices.
• •Device information: Device type, operating system version, and browser type — used only for debugging and improving performance.
• •Usage data: Which levels you play, how often you play, and general feature usage patterns — used to improve the game.

Your information is used to:

• •Save your game progress across sessions and devices
• •Display leaderboards showing your score and player name
• •Award coins, achievements, and daily challenge rewards
• •Send in-app notifications about lives refilling and daily challenges (only within the app)
• •Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
• •Prevent cheating and maintain fair gameplay
• •Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is only shared with:

• •Our backend platform: Your gameplay data is stored and processed by our hosting and backend provider under their own privacy policy.
• •Leaderboards: Your player name and level score are visible to other players. Your email is never shown publicly.
• •Legal requirements: Data may be disclosed if required by law.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible. There are two ways to request it:

• •In the app (immediate): Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account → type DELETE → Delete Forever. Your data is erased from our servers and you are signed out instantly.
• •By email (within 30 days): Send a request from the email linked to your account to support@arkbslabs.com with the subject “Delete my Virus Lab account”.

Data that is deleted:

• •Player profile — name, avatar, coins, stars, boosters
• •Level progress, per-level star ratings, and level scores
• •Campaign progress, rewards, and reward claims
• •Global campaign leaderboard entry — you disappear from public rankings
• •Achievements and badges
• •Daily challenge progress, streaks, and quest history
• •Weekly challenge records and lives state
• •Custom levels you created
• •All cached app data on your device (settings, tutorial state)

Data retained or anonymized:

• •Global daily challenge and special event definitions — not linked to you, shared by all players.
• •This app does not keep security, fraud, anti-cheat, or financial transaction logs tied to your identity, so no personal data is retained after deletion.

After deletion: If you sign in again with the same provider, a brand-new empty profile is created. Your previous scores, coins, stars, achievements and leaderboard position will not return.

Processing time: In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days.

Virus Lab Match is rated suitable for all ages (4+ on iOS, Everyone on Android). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us at support@arkbslabs.com and we will delete it promptly.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls at our backend provider. While we use industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• •Access the personal information held about you
• •Correct inaccurate data
• •Request deletion of your account and data
• •Object to certain data processing
• •Data portability

The web version of Virus Lab Match uses localStorage (not cookies) to save settings like sound preferences, colorblind mode, and tutorial completion. No third-party tracking cookies are used. If advertising is added in the future, this policy will be updated.

The app uses the following third-party service:

• •Our backend provider — backend, database, and authentication, under their own privacy policy.

If rewarded ads are enabled in a future update, the ad provider's privacy policy will also apply and this section will be updated.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL (https://viruslabs.online/privacy) with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
